Outpatient
Clinic
Pediatric SLPs in our clinic, work with patients from birth to age 7. SLPs who treat patients in a clinical setting have more flexibility to treat patients 1:1 or in small groups. SLPs are responsible for identifying, evaluating and treating communication disorders.
School
Based
SLPs play a vital role in schools and are essential team members in the intervention, assessment and treatment of communication disorders in the educational setting. In this setting, SLPs provide services to students from age 3 through age 21. SLPs serve students with a variety of communication disorders that may include language, articulation, fluency and voice disorders. Enjoy the added benefits of school holidays and shortened work days.
Early
Intervention
In Early Intervention, SLPs are critical in the prevention of communication disorders. SLPs are responsible for evaluating, treating and coaching parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 3. SLPs in Early Intervention provide strategies and techniques to parents and caregivers to encourage growth and development in the child’s natural environments where they live, work and play.
